What device and skills do I need?
A smartphone or laptop, stable internet and a quiet place for calls. You should be comfortable speaking clear Hindi and following a structured calling process.
How and when are payouts processed?
Payouts follow a weekly cycle after recorded output is verified. Current role rates are ₹3,600 per week for part-time and ₹7,500 per week for full-time, subject to the role conditions shared during screening.
Who will guide me during daily calls?
An assigned Team Leader helps with process questions, lead handling, CRM updates and day-to-day workflow.
What are the working hours and attendance timings?
Part-time work is 3–4 hours per day; full-time is 5–6 hours. Morning attendance is recorded in the 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM window. Sunday is off.
