Responsibilities

What you do every day

The role is repeatable and clearly defined from the first day.

  • Call assigned customer leads from the company dashboard
  • Follow the provided calling script and process guidelines
  • Explain the service clearly and answer basic customer questions
  • Update every call outcome accurately in the dashboard
  • Mark daily attendance within the morning window
  • Coordinate with your Team Leader for doubts and escalations
Eligibility

Basic requirements to work comfortably from home.

  • Clear spoken Hindi (basic English is an advantage)
  • Smartphone or laptop with a stable internet connection
  • Quiet place to make calls during working hours
  • Willingness to follow the training and calling process
